Please read all of the following information. We value your email questions, however, many delays in you receiving your refresher is made by waiting for our reply. All your quetions are answered on this page conerning the refreshers. EEI is an approved provider of the EMT and Paramedic Program. This approval comes from the Florida Dept. of Education (Licenses # 3252) and the Florida Bureau of EMS (Site Code # 115). Once again, it is approved. Get your refresher before December 1st, 2008 for Florida's renewal period. The Refresher price goes to $195 for for all you late renewal participants since more work is involved for our administration. EMT and PARAMEDIC REFRESHERS(Home/Distant Learning Program) Here is how it works: When you register you will receive a packet. You complete the worksheets in the packet and send them back to us. EMTs have the skills acknowledgment form that must be signed by a Training Officer, Medical Director, or Paramedic Instructor. This course provides 30 hours plus 2 hours of HIV update training. Paramedics complete a similar packet and return it with a copy of a current ACLS card. If you need ACLS, that can be arranged through us as well. Your ACLS is the skill/class time are combined, providing 48 hours plus 2 hours of HIV update.
