REFRESHERS
 

Please read all of the following information. We value your email questions, however, many delays in you receiving your refresher is made by waiting for our reply. All your quetions are answered on this page conerning the refreshers.

EEI is an approved provider of the EMT and Paramedic Program. This approval comes from the Florida Dept. of Education (Licenses # 3252) and the Florida Bureau of EMS (Site Code # 115). Once again, it is approved.

The cost of the refreshers are $195 for it to be mailed and $190 if you choose to download it. The file is in MS Word and can be printed or completed on your computer.


EMT and PARAMEDIC REFRESHERS(Home/Distant Learning Program) Here is how it works:

When you register you will receive a packet. You complete the worksheets in the packet and send them back to us. EMTs have the skills acknowledgment form that must be signed by a Training Officer, Medical Director, or Paramedic Instructor. This course provides 30 hours plus 2 hours of HIV update training. 

Paramedics complete a similar packet and return it with a copy of a current ACLS card. If you need ACLS, that can be arranged through us as well. Your ACLS is the skill/class time are combined, providing 48 hours plus 2 hours of HIV update.

How long does it take to complete? That is totally up to you. You will need to have the worksheet material back to us well before your certification renewal deadline. Your certificate of completion will be sent out within 2 business days of receipt.
Be aware of the drop down lists for delivery options and choice of credit card.

If you are a Paramedic and renewing your EMT, you need only sign-up for the Paramedic refresher. The hours you complete for your Paramedic apply to your EMT as well.

Some have asked if it approved by other States. That question MUST be  answered by that state. We have provided you a letter that you may present. Click here for this letter that is in pdf (Adobe) format.
