CARD FEE INCREASE

2008 is off to a start and I hope all have a great year! We have been advised that the heart Association is increasing the the card fees. An increase has not occured for about 10 years and we have considered how this will effect all Instructors. In the spirit of education and still remaining lower than other Training Centers, EEI will increase all cards by 25 cents and charge a flat $5 fee for any cards that are mailed to you. This still is cheaper than increasing each card by $2. This fee goes into effect as of 1/20/2008. I apologize for the short notice but we were only advised of this increase last Friday.

Students may now post evaluations right from our website. Please have the student go to the website and click on "Student Evaluation Form". This will be emailed right to EEI. You may still use the paper form and fax or email it to us with your rosters.

PLEASE email of fax all rosters to us. This is now mandatory and any mailed rosters will be returned to you. hen these come in we are able to move your file to our main folder for filing, thus allowing us to keep a total paperless system in place. Plus, this will save time, postage, and paper.

Please remember that you must be using the most current material for your classes. You may obtain any AHA materials from Channing-Bete.
