Is EEI approved?

EEI is approved by the Florida Dept. of Education (Lic.#3252) and the Florida Bureau of EMS (Site #115). This means that we are authorized to provide initial and continuing education credits.

How do I know if my credits for recertification will apply?

EEI is approved to offer the credits you need for renewal of you EMT and Paramedic certification. As noted above, EEI is approved to offer such credits. All your credits MUST be obtained from an approved Licensed provider or a Bureau approved institution. This applies to your CPR and ACLS as well. "Let the buyer beware!" Some establishments state that they can offer the required credits but if you check they are not approved. Some establishments may state that they have an approved medical director and need not be approved. The Bureau may have a different view on this so please contact the Florida Bureau of EMS and ask if the program will provide you with the required credits.
