"An Excellent class at a fair price"
EEI began its history in 1992. Its President, Todd Soard, started on the idea of offering an excellent class at a fair price. That goal has come true here in the U.S. and other countries. Contact us concerning your educational needs. We are sure you will find, as others have, EEI is your best choice for your medical continuing education. Todd Soard is the Florida NAEMT Liaison, Florida PHTLS Affiliate, and President of the Florida Association of Professional EMTs and Paramedics. Mr. Soard holds a degree in Public Health and Criminal Justice degree from American Intercontinental University. Mr. Soard is a Florida Licensed Private Investigator and is also the President of the International EMS Registry. You may contact Todd at tsoard@eeii.org.

Todd Soard and Sindiana Echeverri, as well as other staff of EEI, are active EMS providers both locally and with the Federal DMAT response teams.
EEI was the first in Florida to be provided State approval status under the Bureau of EMS for continuing education. We maintain that status to date!
EEI is now approved by the Florida Dept. of Education and the Florida Bureau of EMS to provide EMT and Paramedic initial training.
The same has been done in Trinidad and Tobago under the Trinidad government. With this, we will be able to bring the same quality of education to the start of your EMS career.
The Florida regulation states that any "private educational provider" must receive approval from the Florida State EMS office to provide CEU's to EMS personnel. We are proud to be on the forefront for all EMS Providers!
